Problem:
The Napa River Inn is a romantic getaway in the heart of wine country in downtown Napa, California. Due to an increase in competition, the Napa River Inn struggled in overall visibility and traffic to their luxury hotel.
Strategy/Implementation:
Reverberate! stepped in to create a romance platform to underscore the hotel’s unique positioning. By developing a program for couples to propose, complete with a flashmob, Reverberate! made the Napa River Inn a romantic hotspot also building a program specific for honeymooners. Reverberate! garnered media attention focusing on key markets as well as national media around Valentine’s day and during slow hotel seasons.
Results:
Reverberate!’s media outreach gathered over 7 million media impressions in luxury travel magazines, blogs, and television. The Napa River Inn was included in a segment on The Travel Channel and had a four-page color spread in Fashion Affair Magazine.
